Gunsmithing TL2 and Origin Bolt Heads

Everything I am seeing shows bolt head compatibility between a TL3 action and the Origin, but what about the TL2? Will TL2 bolt heads work with an Origin?

Tl3, Ti actions and Origins.

TL2 are their own monster.

Comparing them side by side makes it pretty clear.
