Rifle Scopes Torque for Hensoldt 4-16x56 with LT-111 mount

Please detail the recommended torque settings for the subject. Accordingly, which Borka torque set would be recommended? I will also use the tools for a 1-4x24 scope on an AR soon.

usally scope rings are about 15in/lb of torque approx
