Rifle Scopes Torque Settings?

I just got my EGW base and 30mm rings and getting them installed. The base package stated it should be mounted with 20inlbs which I did. The EGW rings didn't have any torque recommendation. What do you recommend for the 1/2 inch picatiny bolts and the torx screws in the ring caps?

The 1/2" crossbolts should be 65 in lb and the ring cap screws should be 15-20 in lb.
