torque specs for Burris XTR Sig Rings

The installation instructions say that the base screws should be tightened to 40-70 inch pounds. However, it doesn't specify for the ring screws.

The limiting factor for the ring screws is what the scope will take. I use Vortex scopes and they say nothing tighter than 13-18 inch pounds. I use the Fix-it-sticks torque drives and tighten the ring screws to 15 inch pounds.

Everything stays put. I haven't had any trouble with them. I use the Burris XTR rings on all my rifles with only a few exceptions.
