Gunsmithing torquing

Hey men, I have Burris Sig. Zee rings going on a Badger base. I believe the rings should be torqued at 15 inch pounds but what about the ring to base spec? Thanks, SPM

I believe it's 25 in/lbs

I actually called them about this a week or so ago. The tech told me 20 in lbs for the top screws and 32 in lbs for the crossbolt.
