What is the tq spec range for muzzle break on remmy 700? Its aac brake that i'll use for my can

I run my sure fire hand tight. Too tight you might deform the barrel and make weird things happen.

I typically place the barrel in a vice right by the threaded muzzle and tq them down that way. I always use the lowest setting in the given range. Messing up the barrel is my biggest concern, I will say the brakes makes a huge difference.

AAC says 45 FT/lbs on the low end...which to me seems high.
