Imagine the number of tracking numbers issued in a 24 hour period in the United States. Now expand that to the global scene.

    Big digits. . .

I've recently come to learn that it is very, very common for all couriers to reissue a tracking number. Where this becomes a pain in the butt is that the old information is not always scrubbed from the system(s) properly. It's very possible for you to buy something and receive tracking info and have the data show your stuff being sent to the opposite side of the country.

Right now at least 3 of 5 phone calls coming in here is regarding this very thing.

The solution I'm being told is that you need to call your local hub directly. Not the easiest thing to do right now with the world basically being at a standstill in a lot of places. But that is what we're all stuck with, unfortunately.

The good news is that your property is not in any greater danger than it normally is while traveling through the shipping companies/post office.

    Hope this helps.
