To Toric owners. Can you adjust the parallax on distance more than 500 meters? It doesn't work on my scope so maybe it's device issue? Thanks.

When the parallax knob is at its farthest distance, parallax is adjusted out to infinity.

So.......

Are you asking why there are no numbers higher than 500 on the knob?

Or are you saying that your scope still shows parallax error beyond 500 yards even with the knob set to 500 (actually infinity)

Then I'd send it back for repair. Not sure why there's a need to ask about it.
