Training drills for square range

Currently, I only have access to the following ranges:
100/200 yard range that allows single loading only, no cross lane shooting
50 yard range with 8 rounds per magazine, no cross lane shooting.
Both ranges are paper targets only as well.
I am wondering if people have any drills / exercises that can be recommended to use on these ranges for a precision scoped rifle - in my case an AR in .223.

Thanks!

For precision drills, join the online training and check out the dot drill target (and instructions) in lesson 7. That, combined with the lessons before it, will keep you busy for a while.

+1 the dots
print out a bunch of copies and go to town...shoot offhand, sitting, kneeling, prone. Shoot supported with a sling, shoot unsupported. Shoot strong side, shoot weak side. If you find yourself just pulling the trigger its time to stop and evaluate your technique/form. Each shot should be careful and deliberate, no 'oh i pulled that shot' going on.
