Training Courses Training in Southwest US, Jan-March time?

Looking for some recommendations on classes in the southwestern US (Cali, Arizona, NM, Nevada, Utah ). I'm active duty stationed at camp pendleton, Californian just north of San Diego.

Looking for some long range shooting classes that will help me become a better long range hunter and marksman. I'm not a noob by any mean, but some additional formal training is something I'm looking for.
