If you’re shooting from a bench and there is a pipe (drill stem) that holds the roof frame 10-12” in front of you and 3” to the right is it enough disturbance of the muzzle blast to affect the bullet path?

Well that rather sucks. I went from .5” at 200 yards to 2” at 200 yards.

New barrel, rounds 51-100. 15 exactly were great and 35 sucked.

I did shift to that position at that time. Checked all scope and action torques in the middle of it shooting bad.
 
Maybe check your speed again after checking all torques, you may have to develop the load again. just tossing it out there.
