I think the factory mag is only 6 or 8 rounds. Getting a 10 rounder would require having two mags welded together and finding an appropriate follower spring. It could be done, but the expense would be pretty extreme, and simply inserting another mag might be a cheaper idea.
With the distances at which the 338 is normally used, I think there should be ample time for a mag change.
But to directly answer your question, NO, I don't think there is either a factory mag, or conversion to get 338 Lapua mags for the TRG42.

We have considered a 42 conversion to go along with our TRG-22 conversion. But I don't think there's a 10rd 338 mag available. I may know somebody who might be making some in the future, at CIP length. I'll get back to you after I talk to him. Thanks,

There is in fact someone coming out with a 10rd .338 CIP length AICS mag. If there is enough interest, we will do a conversion kit for the 42's to use this mag (as well as the other long action AICS mags).

One member suggested we do a group buy and if we hit a certain number, we go ahead with the project. However, ITAR restrictions will kill us since the kits are over $100 US.

Not that we can't, just that it's difficult as hell. Maybe we can go through an importer.
