How do you adjust a xpro or xmark or whatever the new remington triggers are called? There's a small allen screw in the back of the trigger. Is that the adjustment screw? I hate these new triggers!

Re: Trigger Adjustment?

The only screw you are supposed to adjust is the screw on the bottom front of the trigger housing. The single screw on the rear is the sear engagement screw, and that can get dangerous fast if you don't know what you are doing. The top screw on the front is for overtravel and to reset the trigger body when the safety is on. Mis-adjustment of the overtravel and sear engagement screws can cause the trigger to cease functioning...

I would stick to adjusting the lower front screw only, and make sure to do safety checks after adjustment, also some clear (or colored for that matter) nail polish to hold the screw where you set it.
