Need advise,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I need a trigger for a Bergara B14R. I would like to know what options are available. My guide lines are single stage w/safety, simple to install [ no gunsmithing required], and set at 10-12 oz. I have looked at TT, Bix&Andy, Timney, and Jewel. Confused myself on what to get.

TT Diamond in B14r and RimX , both set at 8-8.5# and no issues.
Well there’s one issue, I don’t like the triggers in my other guns anymore....

So far, we have a 2 options. Between the triggers mentioned, which is easier to install? I welcome all opinions.

If you are serious with this question, I've to say don't try it at all.
Give it to someone who knows what he is doing.

I am not a gunsmith and have very little tools. I do have some punches and a wheeler screw driver and basic knowledge of rifles. If it's a matter of removing a couple of pins and replacing the factory trigger with a TT diamond that's within my capabilities.

Then you're good to go, both triggers are installed with to pins (instructions come usually in the box).

Both triggers are easy to install, however the Bix is more complex in terms of adjustment and timing. The TriggerTech is more of a drop in and go.

We are a dealer for both brands, so if you’re interested in learning more about either don’t hesitate to shoot me a message!

Also have in mind if you leave the factory trigger in there until black friday, there are usualy some good deals on triggers out there.

Nov.27, there are usually member posts on here at around that time that will help you to find deals.
Keep looking in the PX too.

I did the Jewell, got it adjusted down the the advertised weight and I haven’t had any issues in a 1,000 rounds so far. It’s only $225 as well

What if I don’t have experience with any after market trigger, what is the best option. I’m considering upgrading, not sure if dropping $300 on a trigger is worth it.

I put a Timney Hit in mine, and although it's not bad, I wish I had spent the extra cash for a TT Diamond.

I was also looking at the Timney Hit because I could have got one for $170.00. I still haven't made up my mind. What don't you like about the Hit trigger?

It has a slight amount of creep. Not terrible, but it's not as good as a TT Diamond (which I also own). Maybe I just got a bad one, I don't know.

Trigger-Tech. They are taking over the PRS world.

It's pretty remarkable how fast they have become the most popular trigger. This graph is only the top 125, but I see the same thing at a club level.
