Gunsmithing Trigger shoe for AI

I'm wanting a wide trigger shoe for my AIAE. Can't find anyone who will make one from scratch. Tyler Manufacturing looks like it's going out of business or has health issues and won't take new orders or return emails. I know zip about CAD/CAM so of course it looks do-able to me (Hell, I can work Power Point, how hard can it be?)

So...anybody know how to get this from stupid idea stage to a prototype?

Not sure what the point of the ebay list is. These guys are selling Tyler shoes, not making them.
