Triggertech diamond Issue

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but:

Just installed a 2 stage TT diamond in a B14 HMR Wilderness, If I close the bolt with the gun on fire the firing pin drops on bolt close. If I open the bolt, put the gun on safe, and then close the bolt everything works as it should. Defective trigger, defective bolt, defective me?

Please post any advice you have, tried to call TT but they are closed at the moment.

tried adjusting from min-max and everywhere in between. Same problem

I took a look at one not long ago for a customer having the same issue in a different action. The trigger was brand new. The trigger was binding in the housing; a clearance or assembly issue. The best thing is to send it back before voiding the warranty.
