Hey troops, I'd like to hear from some "end users" that have hopefully had some "trigger time" behind both? That said, are you gaining anything significant getting the special over the primary? My shooting is some long range stuff, and a few antelope hunts in the fall? 300WM if that makes a difference? Thanks & stay safe.

Currently using a primary.
Build quality is great.
Trigger feel so far has been solid.
Something else I noticed on the install, either my technique for testing the weight of pull was great that day or
this was the most consistent trigger I've tested.
Detent on the weight adjustment screw is a great idea.

I have both and honestly they feel the same, as far as the way the trigger breaks. The only difference is how light you can adjust trigger pull. I like mine at 2lbs or a touch less, and the primary will do that just fine. If you like a trigger below 1.5 lbs, get the special. They feel exactly the same to me, which is extremely crisp.
