While researching tripods and heads I ran across this comparison and review on 10 different heads including the sirui k40 and RRS. Thought I would share.

I changed the one on my 055 to the Giotto MH-1000-300, It has two Pre tensioners opposite each other that control the preload on the Ball socket so no matter if I am using my GR or a light weight Tasco my spotter always stays put, It also has Degree markings which is useful and it can support 10kgs in weight so it should handle the MK 4 with ease,
