Tripod head w/ pic rail slot for binos and rifle

Im running a Manfrotto C55 Tripod with a cheap amazon purchased head to use with my binos.
Im ready to upgrade to something solid which can be used with a sportsman bino stud and the pic rail on my rifle.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I forgot to mention weight will be important as this will double for hunting in the back country.
