I have a VTAC Extreme, which is made by Troy and is the same rail as their Extreme except it has slots instead of round holes. I measure the ID at about 1.35" with my calipers, though the dimension isn't totally consistent.

Noveske says their KX3 is 1.35" diameter.

I really wouldn't count on it fitting.
