TRR-SR does the supplied base really suck?

I know it is full of rails but is it trash? do I need to replace it, my rifle is being delivered wednesday and I have a mueller APT coming..

so I need to order rings and a base possibly tonight.

so is it trash?

I never took mine out of the package. The first thing I did to my TRR .22 LR was to install a EGW 20 MOA rail. I didn't really think I needed a scope, a flashlight & a red dot on the rifle.

Mine arrived yesterday and I shot it a little this evening.

First impression - yes, it sucks.

Looking for an EGW 20 MOA base now.
