Sidearms & Scatterguns TruGlo TFX Sights

I’ve got Truglo TFX Pros on a Glock 19 and Trijicon HD XR’s on a Glock 43

I honestly prefer the Truglos over the Trijicon.

At night, in the dark, I’d say the tritium glow is even between the two. Maybe an ever so slight nod to be brighter for the Trijicon...but just barely, hard to tell for certain

I absolutely love the fiber optics in the day light and just the way the front post fits in the rear sight. But everyone is different, I’m sure there are some who are not fans

I just had the TFX Pro installed a short time ago, haven't had a chance to try them at the range but they look to have an excellent combination of capabilities.

Just got a set installed the other week. I like the orange ring around the front sight, helps it stand out. They seem bright enough but not as bright (to me anyways) as the other brands. I'd say the TFX is a solid, do-all sight, but does not excel when compared directly to dedicated fiber or tritium. However, fiber is useless at night and tritium is useless in daylight

I don't know how I've overlooked this forum over the years, but I wish I had joined sooner. Quick answers, straight to the point, and no rambling piles of bovine excrement.

Thanks guys!
