But I think it has been decided that a president can declassify documents and take them home. A federal judge said so. And every president in the last 30 years has done just that with no legal consequence.
There is no part of the Constitution that stops a candidate from running for president based on indictments or even convictions. This is all a waste of time and it is balls out a plan to stop Trump from running and winning in 2024. Has nothing to do with what is legal or not. And the FBI is simply not the awesome investigative outfit we were sold that it was. Never has been, never will be. X Files is a pleasant herbal dream.
