This is the original version so I think it is similar to the heavy version on their website now.
From their website: "8 oz to 1 ½ lb in the first stage to 1 ½ lb to 3 ½ lb in the second stage"

Would depend on what you were trying to put it in, I do believe that some stocks will require some relieving to fit it.
