Rifle Scopes Turret options for Leupold?

For a Vari X III 6.5x20X 50mm? It has target knobs now but would like something bigger and easier to turn around?

Does Leupold offer something along those lines or someone else?

I believe they have a few options through their "custom shop", including the M1 turrets.

Thanks, talked to Leupold, will be sending them my scope soon, too bad Nikon does not offer the same service!
