Two different Black Hills 300 WM Headstamps

I've got two different Headstamps from factory 300wm loads from black hills. Anybody know the difference? Called black hills, said they weren't sure but one could be winchester and the other could be Norma. I imagine the different Headstamps are from tooling of different manufacturers. Anybody have any idea?

The one on the left looks like Norma and the one on the right looks like Winchester.I have asked the questions here before about Norma manufacturing Black Hills.300 WM brass and have never really got an answer.I have a bunch of the brass on the left and it is super consistant weight wise.I have a bunch of Win headstamped brass.The one on the right looks like the same markings.Hope this helps. I heard back from BH on the matter, the guy told me that the larger headstamp was Norma, and that the smaller is Winny. Maybe he got it backwards?
