I just got a box of 500 Berger 6.5 140 Hybrids, and, they measure, via comparator, .015" shorter than the last box of 500 from a different lot. Is that amount of variance from one lot to another fairly typical?

ive seen them up to .008 but that did not make a difference in my rifle they shot the same...try seating one in an empty case with your seating die set for the old lot and see how much of a difference there is...the hybrids are not real seating depth sensitive in my experiences and ive shot a truck load of the 6.5s
