So. I loading up some ammo but I'm not going to use this weight charge. I pulled the bullet and dumped the powder. The brass was brand new. Can I redo the powder and reseat a new bullet without resizing or do I need to resize them
Depending on how much neck tension there was to begin with, it might be OK to reseat the bullet. If the bullet seats too easily, then you can run the brass part way into the sizing die to just partial neck size to re-establish neck tension.
When you resize you will only be resizing that which has grown. For the greater part you will not be moving much metal, and maybe just keeping it in alignment.
