Rifle Scopes Unimount + 20MOA rail on 700?

I'm strongly considering putting a high (1.375") Nightforce Unimount (with 20MOA cant) on my 5R so I can use my 3.5-15x50mm NF F1 scope across different rifles if need be.

As far as bases are concerned, would I need a 0MOA rail? Or would the F1 be able to handle a 20MOA rail (for a 40MOA combined downward cant)?

ran the unimount on a surgeon with 20moa and a leupold mark 4. no issues whatsoever
