Unknown heavy duty scope mount

***FIRST POST*** I noticed this scope mount in a magazine at Barnes and nobles. I don’t recall the name of the magazine. There was no information on the mount being used in the article and I have never seen or heard of the mount anywhere in my time. I’ve thought it might be made for the raptor range Finder but no luck finding it with that.. If anyone knows the manufacture / model of this mount I’d love to know! Thank you

The one I saw at first had the smaller turret opening but the one you show has it enlarged and looks like it

That’s was the tacticool mount before all the bolt chassis had flat tops

The STOMP had a few variant assemblies / risers and could be used for rifle or spotting scope mount as an alternative to LaRue SPOTR system.
