So, even though he had some sort of past record, this guy apparently had a FOID, but no issued license/permit/signed Chicago alderman's business card/whatever, and he got caught out on the sidewalk, printing. So, he ...

1. Resists arrest.
2. Begins to run away, exposing weapon and extra magazines on waist.
3. Makes multiple attempts to draw a pistol from what looks like a POS Uncle Mike's OWB ballistic foam turd.
4. Gets shot, unsurprisingly, for BDMF, etc., etc. (city beat cops will translate), and expires.



And now they want to riot, despite the speed-of-light release of the body cam footage.

I think the message is clear. No law, no order, unless it's to our benefit and we permit it.

This is gonna be a long, hot summer.

Its everything that happened after "Excuse me sir" that negates NRA support.

Some (AJ) will consider the cops had no right to even ask unless the person was in commision of a crime but this is Chicago.
