Obama sold MANPADs to “approved rebel groups” in beginning in 2012. He re-stocked them as he was walking out the door in December of 2016.

Russian air-force conducted a high-precision group strike of the area controlled by Jabhat Fatah al-Sham bandits in Idlib, from where a projectile was fired downing Russian Su-25 aircraft.The Russian Defence Ministry added that according to radio intercepts, more than 30 Jabhat al-Nusra fighters were killed in the strikes.
