*Between 09/15 and 09/21: Location unknown: Duct taped and raped woman.

* 09/21/2023: Edmondson Avenue: Forced his way into an occupied apartment after initial ruse as a maintenance worker failed. Raped woman at gunpoint. Then slashed the woman's neck with a knife before dousing victim and male occupant inside apartment with an accelerant and set them both ablaze. Victims injured but expected to survive. Billingsley named as suspect in case.

* 09/25/2023: Raped and murdered SJW CEO Pava LaPere in her apartment on West Franklin Street.

*Appears to target victims on random with his preferred MO being breaking and entering into residences. When tricks to get occupants to open the door fail, forced entry is next. Appears to enjoy torture, sadism, control and fear play as well as rape. Armed with a gun and knives.

This. Pava LaPere was a complete waste of oxygen and a blight on all that is holy and good riddance, but this mofo was still a highly dangerous POS because he targets at random and unlike the garden variety of muggers and street criminals, he is a sadist serial killer type who rapes and tortures. A pretty much shoot on sight situation for anyone who runs into him trying to break into a residence. No verbal warnings. No hold for police. Just engage to neutralize immediately. And going by the map of his attacks so far, he is primarily targeting the posh and coddled communities where he is confident that the majority of the residents will NOT be armed. There are also many benign, non-woke hipsters and 'beatnik' types living in this area who are in danger with this predator running around. Good thing the Marshals got him before he struck again.

The fact that we let violent offenders out early for "good behavior" is truly amazing to me...

everyone gets a chance to be a productive member of society, or at least not a violent killer, raper, bank robber etc. if you blow that chance, i don't care if it's life in prison or death sentence, but either way you shouldn't be let back out in society again. don't we have enough crap going on without having to worry about some violent offender doing it yet again.
