Upper receiver vise block?

OK so the "fat" DPMS upper wont fit in a regular vise block. Will they fit an AR-10 vise block?

Have you considered using a dollar store cutting board, cut in half and rotate the received sideways? I've never used it, but I thought it was genius when I heard about it.

I had to buy a special one for my RRA LAR-8. In the AR10 world hardly anything is "standard" across the models.
