So, ordered a new upper last week from BCM. It hasn’t moved since it was checked in at 932am on 8/29. Supposed to be here today. It’s stuck in IL. How long do you think I should give it before I contact BCM? I’m assuming they got insurance and signature delivery...at least that is what I thought I read in their notes. What do you all think?

Define "supposed to be here today..." Who told you that it would be there today? Does the UPS site say that you have a delivery scheduled for today? Shipping is fucked right now, with the entire system overloaded. Watching a package sit, or do circles- or whatever other fuckery you often see with shipping companies- is frustrating, but it is the reality of those systems. BCM is on the hook until the package gets to your door, so give it some time. Its not like there is any ammunition to purchase anyway...

He said UPS not USPS. 99.9% of the time if UPS or(FedEx) says I have a delivery on a given date, it happens.
I would sign up for UPS and FedEx text alerts. On UPS I get a text the day before alerting me to delivery the next day, and a text the morning of delivery as a reminder.
On FedEx I get a text pretty much every time it is scanned at a location, and the morning of delivery.

Hence, why I asked who said it was due today.
