For those on the fence about purchasing from them due to the few negative reviews online, go for it. I first hit them up with an email late Sunday night and woke up to a reply the next morning. I was out traveling but purchased once I got home two weeks later (on labor day weekend) and the order was processed the next business day with it being shipped the following morning. Received the ammo today and was exactly what they said it would be. Nothing sexier than a case of fresh FGMM 175's with LC19 brass.
Buy with confidence and ignore the negative reviews...which if you read through them, you'll see that their CS dept is on the ball with pointing out what the problem was. ...And if you've ever worked in CS, you know how some customers can be.
