Rifle Scopes us optics erek knob questions

I was wondering if someone could explain the erek knob to me better than what i have read online.

from what i read it is a double turn knob
but the other stuff that was said about it is foggy/ not a clear definition of what it does inside of the tube itself

also could someone show me the instruction of how to set it up or explain it better to me.

i want to buy one of their scopes for my new rifle i am building but their website doesn't explain it very well.
