Rifle Scopes US Optics Windage Knob Question

I recently purchased a new SN-3 T-PAL that I will be mounting on my GAP once it is completed. The question I have about the scope is when I turn the windage knob clockwise the adjustment stops at just under 2 mils. When going the opposite direction the knob has much more travel or clicks. Should I be worried?

P.S. - The windage knob came from USO with the 0 set on the 3.5 hash mark.

shoot it first and zero your rifle, then you'll find out if you should be worried or not(or bore sight).
