User colors, tag meanings? Plus 2x supporter tag question

Is there a post explaining all the different permutations of user colors and tags? This is not a criticism but I’m a bit confused.

For example: Green user @hafejd30 with apparently the same membership level as me (I’m blue):

What’s the difference between blue vs green people?

I do understand, I think correctly, the orange guys are new, but am not sure what the “new” cutoff time period is.

And then we have “Full Member” but apparently not a paying one (below):

Here’s who I think is a new member but does pay:

Here’s who I think is a new member that doesn’t pay:

Then you have people like this with two supporter tags. Wtf?

Below is a green version of the Legend level. Not sure if there is a blue version as well?

Swore I read about the colors somewhere when the user colors were changed, but I cannot find the post.

Also, is everyone a “Miniteman” now? I think when I joined there was a North/South (USA) distinction. Can’t remember what the South’s tag was, but it seems to have disappeared.

Perhaps I’m not searching long enough to find it.

I think you have most of them correct, but not sure about the first one re: blue versus green supporter.
