Rifle Scopes Uso 5-25x58 t pal ring advice/help

I've looked and really haven't found an answer.


I ordered a uso 5-25x58 with a 34mm tube. Im pretty much running a straight contour barrel with a 30 moa base.

Currently I have a hdmr on the rifle with seekins high rings and about a 1/4inch of clearance off the barrel. I emailed seekins and they recommend the rings I currently have(highs) for the uso with a bigger bell????


So what height rings are you guys running on these scopes?

Ive been eye balling the barret adj rings but they look like they would sit a mile off the barrel(but having some more cant would be nice)

What type of base do you currently have? If you have the HDMR 50mm objective and have 1/4" the 58mm should still have enough clearance with your current rings.

Its A 30 moa base

The butler cap on the front of the hdmr just about touches the barrel. The uso will have caps too, so they would probably hit the barrel with the current rings.
