Rifle Scopes USO Markings

Just wondering why some USO scopes have the large US OPTICS banner on the objective end and others of the same model dont. Do you pay more for it, or more to not have it?

If the objective bell is fixed, it usually has the logo. If it has the ERGO objective (adjustable parallax) the logo is usually not there. You wouldn't want to have to read it upside down, would you?

ah ha! makes sense. I like them better without it. If you have a USO those who appreciate them will recognize it. Those that need the banner to clue them in wouldnt appreciate it anyways.
