Rifle Scopes USO Reticle change?

I'm sure its been discussed prior, but I do not want to sift through the search results after working 18 hrs.

Does USO change reticles in their scopes. If they do how much?

I bought a ST-17 with a Canadian Mill ret. which I do not like at all. Just curious before I sell it.

Around 450. I had my American Mil changed to the GAP mil.
