Elevation turret seems different than the standard ATACR, anyone know what else is different in these? (Just idle curiosity on my part.)

Is the top turret a "tool less" zero feature?

Be kind of bulky if the windage has same.

Zero feature is the same, it’s a lockable turret

Windage is capped

The 7-35’s they have been using for the past year or so are the exact same

Looks like12 mils per rotation. The top numbers are for the second turn. 12 + 3 = 15, which is the number over the three. The 6 looks to be opposite the 0.

That’s correct.
Mostly at least, same locking mechanism, zero stop but the elevation is... 12mil per rotation - iirc.
