Utah Shootouts Oct. 8, 2011 9:00 am. Bring 50 or more rounds each firearm. $5 to the range office, $5 or $10 to the ammo can.


This match is for the non big game hunters. Paper and steel are never out of season.


Come early to design and set up any stage you like. Use the paper and steel we have or bring your own. Or shoot what we got up. This will be just for fun. If someone wants to keep score, that will be great.


There will be options of carbine and pistol in the afternoon.


There will be a match November 12 but no matches in December or January. Probably a snow shoot in February.

My kid is building a new website again (the old one crashed a couple weeks ago). When I get access to it, I'll post the notice I emailed everyone addressing all the comments and ideas we've got. Thanks again for all the kind words and support we've gotten.

Don't know how many people will be there this Sat. We are all still recovering from the Sept Shoot.

Hope someone brings a 9mm. I spent all weekend building a new shoot house target bank. Very solid, can fine tune each target (to discriminate against 9mm, errrr I mean .22 rf).

After 1200 rounds at the old targets, learning a lot, This should be a permanent part of the shoot house.
