This is a question or topic for anyone that's had an experience with the VA Health Care System. I will start off and ask, "Do you think if the VA would change it's hiring practice, that more positive experiences regarding their services, will be had??? In other words, should the VA hire health care employees based on qualifications or the way they do? I'll leave the way they hire up to you to ponder.
