Anything at or better than 2700fps will work. I'm currently running 142SMK/140A-Max at roughly 2850fps using 43.8-43.9gr of H4350 in a 28" 1:8" barrel. H4831SC works, but IMHO, H4350 works better. The H3831 could use more case capacity, like a 6.5x55 or a 6.5-284.
Have also run 139Scenars at about 2800fps out of a 24" 1:8" barrel using about 40gr of V-V N550, but this load proved very peaky and blew primers when temps exceeded 80 degrees F*. If you're going to use Viht, I would suggest load development skipping past N550, and going directly to N560.
