Rifle Scopes Very specific ring height question

I’m curious if anyone has the specific combination of XLR Envy Pro with the long night vision hood, a Mk5 5-25x56, and a 20 moa base.

I’m buying a Spuhr mount, and I need to know which height to get. I don’t have the stock yet, so I can’t measure to clear. Thought I’d ask if anyone is running this combo.
