When i am surfing here and go to a video that someone made and posted it has a white back ground and the actual videa itself is hard as hell to see. Now when it is 1 that you go to you tube they work fine. I am using a lab top and not sure what i need to do to change this. I am missing out on all these great videos. How bout some help guys.

If it is a youtube video you need to go to the lower right corner of the video. You will see a little gear symbol. Click on it and you can change the quality of the video. HD=better. It will reqiure much more bandwidth but you can self buffer by just pausing the video and waiting until the buffer fills (little gray bar). If that does not help than your video card just won't process it. That is usually because the video card is just not up to task. Hope that helps
