Vihitavouri Nomenclature

I have some interesting VV powders, and have been trying to determine the various burning rate factor, bulk density, solid density, etc. I've tried contacting Lapua already. Here is the question...if you take VV 20n29, what does the 20 mean, and then the 29? Any ideas because the burn rate is not 20...its 39 or 38 & I can't seem to find a correlation in the numbers! Thanks for any ifo!

could not get the powder you recomended , not on the list for the UK , Also i would have to stick with bushing primers as 20mm are not available here.

The renewed relative burning rate of the 24N41 is
39 and that of the 20N29 respectively 36, when N110 is given
the index 100, and therefore 24N41 is slightly faster burning
than 20N29 .
