Vihtavuori N133/.223?

I know everyone's scrambling for powders these days and I'm no different. Can't buy/trade for any Varget right now. I can get some Vihtavuori N133 though. Any one use this religiously? How's this working for you?

Works great for 55 gr bullets for me.

V V N133 works extremely well for mid-weight bullets in 5.56/223 Remington fired from semi-automatics AR-15s. The groups pictured below were fired from my Krieger barreled AR-15s at a distance of 100 yards using Berger 62 grain HP bullets.


5-shot group: 0.280 MOA

10-shot group: 0.483 MOA

Does anyone know how it meters in a Dillon? Is it spherical or extruded? I'm in search of .223 powder also. I usually use Ramshot Tac because of how well it meters.

It's a short-cut extruded powder. The individual red squares in the pic below are 1/10th of an inch.

In Europe this is the most used powder for 223. For 55gr or similar bullets at least.

Meters very well in my progressive... and excellent accuracy for the lighter bullets in the .223

I'm about to try N135 in 223 here soon. Don't have any N133 though.
